Hawkeye Government Solutions is founded by several key individuals with extensive experience in government, technology, engineering, and marketing. This group has both large corporate and start up experience. It takes a varied background of individuals with key functions and discipline to achieve the plans of Hawkeye Government Solutions.

Anthony Chiarelli – serves as the CEO. Mr. Chiarelli has been involved in many aspects of the construction industry since 1980. He has experience in organizing and maintaining field operations that entail the coordination and scheduling of over 100 field personnel on dozens of projects simultaneously, while also providing administrative oversight to clerical and management staff.
Stanley Karlin serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. He has extensive experience addressing local government needs involving technology and application specific solutions for local government. Mr. Karlin consults for large global corporations such as Enroute, an Infor Company involving Public Safety, CBE Technologies which is a strong regional technology company, Telrepco, the leader in rugged mobile computer solutions and Data National, who provides exceptional municipal revenue and financial software. Mr. Karlin has also worked with several other start up opportunities entering into Local Government.
Britt Hall is the Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Mr. Hall also has extensive experience working as a designer and developer for major vendors of local government software in the eastern US. These companies include Munis software, Cogebec/Govern and MMC/Vision. He has been involved with local government since 1982 both as an employee and as a service provider. He is an elected official in his hometown of Sherborn, MA, and serves on several technology advisory groups.
