Hawkeye Government Solutions has signed a partnership agreement with PG Govern. The PG Govern solution is a web-based product designed to automate and track all aspects of the permitting and licensing process.
PG Govern's property-centric approach to Land Management centralizes data for use across all functions to give users an integrated tool set that can be customized to meet ongoing State and Local Government requirements.

Permit Tracking and Inspection Scheduling
The Permit Tracking & Inspection Scheduling module contains PG Govern Software that give juridictions the ability to register, consolidate and track information related to a parcel of land or property records. The core of the module is a centralized data repository that stores and automates the flow of information between departments like Building, Health, Planning and Zoning as well as the issuance of licenses. With a flexible database design that can be tailored to specific requirements, the structure allows for the recording and retrieval of various land-related data that can be different for each type of permit, license, approval or decision.

- For each type of permit, users can define all steps required for completing the process
- These activities can query other databases in order to apply business rules, schedule automatic inspections, send e-mail notifications or set-up reminders that will issue critical messages at specific dates

PG Govern’s wireless field device is a mobile government application that enables inspectors to extend processing capabilities to the field. With an Internet connection on a wireless Hand-held Unit or Notebook, inspectors can run queries and update the PG Govern database instantly while on-site.

GIS Integration

Information such as selected parcels, owner information, inspections, permits, complaints and other related data can be pulled into a GIS application from PG Govern’s database.
