Hawkeye Government Solutions has developed a software application that bundles all of the pertinent property information from a designated parcel into one comprehensive database. The system is adaptable to the individual municipality in that HGS can perform all of the field work gathering the data or simply manage the program and software application with the field data gathered by the municipal staff.
The benefits of this application will ultimately provide accurate information regarding both the physical property and the occupancy status of the property to multiple municipal departments; Assessors, Building, Health, Clerk, School, Fire and Police.
